I needed these Scriptures April 14, 2014

I feel ashamed how I don’t know the Bible like you seem to when I have been brought up to be a Christian. God must be giving you the tools to help people like me because I feel at last I have some hope because I didn’t before. Thanks so much” Christian girl, anon. Christine’s reply: I am pleased God’s word was such a help to you. I discovered these many lesser-known Scriptures, when I was suddenly detached from any kind of spiritual contact whatsoever in a foreign land. I was left with just one possession – my Bible. These less familiar Scriptures met the need of my loneliness, homesickness, and lack of home comforts.
